Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, activate mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your electronic mail accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you want to forward mails from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest.
